Introducing the

X-PRO Mobile App

X-PRO is a mobile app that connects to your Cloud X business telephone system. The app mirrors your desk phone extension and is available to download via the App Store or Google Play. Set-up is automated using a simple QR code.

There are many advantages to using the X-PRO app, which include:

  • Making a call via the app that presents your main business number, or your personal DDI.

  • Inbound and outbound calls can be recorded and logged for training and security purposes.

  • Calls can be transferred internally to and from your business and you can see in real time from the app which of your Cloud X business extensions are on a call.

  • All calls can be conducted on the move from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a data connection.

  • Message between all your Cloud X business telephone extensions and have access to multiple contact directories including your Cloud X directory.

Whilst some apps are renown for draining your phone battery, X-PRO utilises the latest push technology, which wakes the app up on receiving a call. This technology greatly reduces the impact on your phones battery life.

What number is presented when I dial out from X-PRO?

Any genuine landline number can be presented and would recommend this be your normal work main number or DDI.

Do I need a Cloud X account to use X-PRO?

Yes, in order to use the X-PRO app, you need to have a Cloud X account. Contact your provider for more information.

How do I set up X-PRO on a mobile device?

Your X-PRO app automatically mirrors your Cloud X deskphone when it auto provisions via the QR code that is emailed to you by your service provider.

How do I put my X-PRO app into Do-not-disturb mode?

You click the green X-PRO label in the top left of the key-pad screen and select DND.

How do I add or remove Quick Dial BLF extensions?

These are set up via the online portal by your service provider.

How do I message between Cloud X business extensions?

In the 'To' field of New Message, enter the extension number of the person you wish to message. You can message multiple extensions by entering the extension number followed by a carrage return, then enter the next extension number and so forth.
